A thought occurred to me, while I was out walking tonight. Seeing as we are quickly approaching (read:next week or so) a point where it will be almost as cheap to produce a stick of solid state memory which has the capacity of a dvd as it is to produce an actual dvd, are we approaching a return to cartridge based video game systems? Or will the prevalence of the internet and the saturation of the used games market lead us towards digital downloads only?
